Recently you helped me with a need I had. Maybe you are one of my daily caregivers; helping me with the Hoyer lift in the morning or at night. Maybe you are one of the physical therapists that help me get stronger or learn new skills. Perhaps you are the person who delivers the items I've ordered online. Or you might be an EMT professional or even a fireman who comes to my house after a 911 call.. Sometimes I have to go to the local emergency room, and you might be a nurse or doctor who treats me there. Whoever you are, and whatever way you've assisted me, I thank you.

Back in the year 2000 I had a major hemorrhagic stroke. and was left  with right side paralysis.  I almost died that day, but my merciful God has kindly given me many more years of life. 

In gratitude to God I've created this website, to share His goodness with others.   It's not my intention to judge your spiritual condition; that's between you and God. All I can do is point you toward some sources for further study. Some of you readers might already be Christian believers, and some of you might still be wondering about God. Others might be totally against anything related to any kind of Christian teaching. However, life changes, and learning more about God might be important to you later. Hopefully there will be something on this site for everyone -- current believers and future believers. 

As I get older, I realize that all my life I've just been an ordinary person, without fame or fortune, or outstanding accomplishments; so when I'm gone most people won't even know I was here. However, early in my life I realized that God has a plan for my life ... to glorify His name; and that's what I want to do with this website ... show someone how to get to heaven. I also realized that according to the Bible, I'm a sinner who can never glorify God with my own earthly deeds, no matter how good my intentions might be:  "Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour; That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life." ~Titus 3:5-7

With the time remaining in my life, I've promised God I would spend more time telling others about His great plan of salvation. The best way for me to do this is with this website. I can't get involved with talking with a lot of people, everybody is very busy, and there are so many needs and questions. I'm not a trained preacher or theologian, but with this website I can point people in the right direction--towards God and His plan of salvation through Jesus Christ. The web pages in the right column can be studied at your leisure, any time you're ready.

Also, I thank God for His protection; in a physical way (by keeping me from falling), as well as a spiritual way,.
